Great product at a great price !

After purchasing multiple big name fragrances over the past couple of years I decided to start looking at Australian based fragrance houses. Recently I come across Maison Le Garcon and ordered the discovery set after reading the notes in the fragrances. It's easy to tell how much time and passion has been put into each fragrance and I couldn't fault either of them so much so that I ordered a 100ml bottle straight away. Customer service, fragrance presentation and quality is by far the best I've come across in my opinion and I hope to soon have the whole collection. Big thanks to Louis and his team for creating top notch quality products.

Amazing smelling product. The scents are all unique and range from an easy light summer fragrance to a dark intimate winter fragrance.

I recommend getting the 'Discovery Set' as a good way to explore the quality and character of the perfumes from Le Garcon.  As someone who has previously worn perfumes from good quality brands like Amouage and Tom Ford (and have tried cheaper 'duplicate' brands just to see if they were any good), I consider all of the perfumes in the set good quality.  I can smell them for long periods of time without getting overwhelmed and irritated by a 'chemical' smell like cheaper perfumes have. I consider all of the perfumes quite sophisticated in the range, quality and 'interestingness' of the notes.  In my opinion:  1)  'Cuir de Cœur' is the most 'mainstream' of them, packs a punch, and I think would be more suited to a 'club' environment.  2)  'Razes' is fresh, floral and evocative.  3)  'Altitude', as the label says, has notes of pine and mint.  4)  'Bois De Chêne' is my favourite at the moment as it is 'different' and 'mature' - I think I am picking up the fig notes which are interesting and contemplative - in my experience it is not very long lasting, but that is forgiven due to its nice smell.  I think the brand has the potential to release other perfumes in the future that haven even more sophistication, quality, 'interestingness' and depth, but it is definitely going in the right direction.
