Your purchase should arrive in perfect condition. If you have received an item that is damaged or faulty, please contact us within seven days of delivery.

We'll organise an exchange as soon as we have confirmation of the issue.

Please do not dispose of the item until we've had a chance to chat with you!

For returns related to allergies, products must be used less than 10% to be eligible for a refund.
