Your purchase should arrive in perfect condition. If you have received an item that is damaged or faulty, please contact us within seven days of delivery.We'll organise an exchange as soon as we have confirmation of the issue.Please do not dispose of the item until we've had a chance to chat with you!

Refundid policy

For every full-size fragrance bottle* purchased from our collection it will come with a 2ml matching sample vial. Before opening the full-size perfume, simply test your included vial. If you don’t love it for any reason, return the unopened full-size free of charge within 7 days .

*Full size bottles are 100ml. Excludes discovery sets.

For returns related to allergies, products must be used less than 10% to be eligible for a refund.
